This booklet by Maryam Jameelah is a fascinating account of how the author, an American female, discovered the beauty of Islam through the Qur'an and the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him).
Such an account is of great value, for not only does it help Muslims to understand the beauty of their own religion (which unfortunately many of them take for granted), but also serves to spread the message of Islam.
To this end, the language of the original has been simplified, making the work even more effective in demonstrating the beauty and authenticity of Islam to non-Muslims in general and Westerners in particular.
